Teaching Assistant - Behaviour & Emotional Support - KS2 - Haringey

A busy Primary School in Haringey, North London is looking for a resilient Teaching Assistant to support pupils in KS2 with behavioural, emotional, and additional learning needs, including ASD and ADHD.

In this Teaching Assistant role, you will support pupils both in class and during transitions, helping them manage emotions and engage positively with learning. The Teaching Assistant will work closely with the SEN team to deliver consistent strategies.

This Teaching Assistant role is ideal for someone who:

  • Has experience supporting behaviour in primary schools

  • Is confident and assertive as a Teaching Assistant

  • Can work independently and as part of a team

  • Holds an Enhanced DBS or can process one

This is a rewarding Teaching Assistant role with strong support from school leadership.
