Behaviour Mentor / Teaching Assistant - Haringey Primary School
A forward-thinking Haringey primary school is looking for a Behaviour Mentor / Teaching Assistant to support pupils who require additional guidance with behaviour, emotional regulation, and classroom engagement. As a Behaviour Mentor / Teaching Assistant, you will work 1:1 and in small groups to help pupils manage their emotions and stay focused.
The school provides excellent training for every Behaviour Mentor / Teaching Assistant, including behaviour strategies, de-escalation techniques, and pastoral support tools. This role is ideal for someone who has experience working with challenging behaviour or who wants to develop as a Behaviour Mentor / Teaching Assistant within a supportive environment.
