Reeson Education is recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the M8 area of Manchester. Located near Heaton Park and surrounded by beautiful green space, the school is easily accessible via multiple bus routes and tram stops, making it a great option for commuters across Manchester.

This Teaching Assistant role will involve supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs across the school. You'll work both within the classroom setting and, in the school's, small on-site SEN provision, offering support to pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant who is flexible, patient, and passionate about creating a positive and supportive learning environment for every child.

Key responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:
* Provide targeted SEN support as a Teaching Assistant across KS1 and KS2
* Support pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, global delay, and SEMH
* Assist in both classroom and SEN provision environments as a Teaching Assistant
* Help adapt resources and activities to support individual learning plans
* Work 1:1 and in small groups to promote engagement and confidence
* Communicate with staff and parents to provide consistent support
* Use behaviour and regulation strategies effectively as a Teaching Assistant
* Promote inclusion, wellbeing, and a positive school experience
* Uphold safeguarding and behaviour policies in all aspects of the Teaching Assistant role
* Support the emotional and social development of pupils as a dedicated Teaching Assistant

This Teaching Assistant role is ideal for someone who:
