This Amazing school is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Year 1 Class Teacher to join their team at an school located in Wallington, London. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons and ensuring the academic and personal development of their students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and stimulating lessons to Year 1 students
- Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents
- Developing and implementing lesson plans, schemes of work and assessments that meet the needs of all learners
- Maintaining a safe and stimulating learning environment for students
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and share best practice and resources
Requirements:
- QTS status (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Experience teaching in a Year 1 classroom
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for Key Stage 1
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to providing the best possible education to young children
