Year 2 Teacher - Brent (Fixed Term, Full-Time)
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 2 Teacher to join a welcoming Brent-based school on a fixed-term basis, working Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities of this Year 2 Teacher role:
- As a Year 2 Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that support every child's progress across all subjects.
- You'll monitor pupil achievement closely, using data to identify gaps and implement effective interventions.
- Collaboration will be key as you'll work closely with colleagues and parents to support individual learning needs and share curriculum updates.
- You'll also stay up to date with educational research and policies through training and professional development, while modelling excellent teaching practice and contributing positively to the school community.
About You:
You'll hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience teaching in Key Stage 1. You are committed to creating an engaging and supportive learning environment, with strong classroom and behaviour management skills. You'll be a reflective practitioner, a proactive team player, and someone who brings enthusiasm and positivity to the classroom.
