About the Role
Teach a Year 2 mainstream class with mixed SEN needs
Supported by two experienced Teaching Assistants who play an active role in interventions, behaviour support and classroom routines
Deliver engaging and well-differentiated lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum
Use creative strategies to support pupils' communication, emotional development and academic progress
Work closely with the SENCO, leadership team and support staff to ensure personalised provision for each child

What We're Looking For
A qualified teacher with QTS
Experience in KS1 (Year 2 experience desirable but not essential)
Confidence supporting children with additional needs (SEN experience highly valued)
A patient, adaptable and proactive approach
Strong behaviour management and commitment to inclusive practice
A team player who works well with TAs, leaders and parents
