REESON Education are working in close partnership with a successful 3 form entry Primary School in Central East London (Hackney). The school are recruiting for an experienced Year 3 Teacher to join their team either for an immediate or April start.
The school are an OFSTED 'Outstanding' high achieving, state maintained school that caters for a diverse local community. The setting is fast paced with high expectations set of pupil conduct and behaviour across all year groups. As a result of consistent standards of teaching and policy implementation, students often achieve above the national average across Literacy and Numeracy.
A healthy work/life balance is at the core of the school's values, and as such, teachers without additional responsibilities are not expected to attend more than one meeting per week or undertake playground duties. Additional support is also offered with planning, as well as CPD courses and career progression opportunities readily available for willing candidates.
As a Year 3 Teacher, you must be enthusiastic, engaging and passionate about KS2 Education. A good working knowledge of the Year 3 National Curriculum will also be essential to ensure each child reaches their full potential. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Year 3 Teacher within a similar school setting, though applications from strong KS2 practitioners will also be considered.
