Location: Lambeth - Short walk from Clapham South station
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only
Salary: £90 - £100 per day (dependent on experience)
Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant looking to support pupils in a vibrant and inclusive Lambeth primary school? We are working with a welcoming two-form entry school near Clapham South station seeking a confident Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025.
As a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils in Years 3-6 with classroom learning, small group work, and one-to-one interventions
Collaborate with the class teacher to adapt learning materials and support curriculum delivery
Assist in monitoring student progress and helping to close learning gaps
Encourage student participation, independence, and positive behaviour
Provide additional support to pupils with mild SEN or EAL needs when required
Ideal Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant Candidate:
Experience working with children in KS2 (in a school, tutoring or volunteer setting)
A calm, positive, and patient attitude
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A strong interest in education and child development
Degree holders or candidates considering a career in teaching are encouraged to apply
