What you'll be doing:
Supporting secondary students across a range of ages and pathways.
Working 1:1 and with small groups (6-8 pupils) to help learners with Autism develop communication, independence, and confidence.
Collaborating effectively with teachers, therapists, and families to create consistent, meaningful progress.
Bringing creativity, patience, and strong behaviour management into lessons, therapy sessions, and enrichment activities.
What we're looking for:
Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), or a strong desire to learn and commitment to training.
A calm, adaptable approach with genuine empathy for students with Autism and complex needs.
Team players who can build trust, encouragement, and positivity into each day.
Commitment to long-term work, with this role running through to the end of the academic year. There will be permanent contracts offered for the right candidate.

Role: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Hours: Monday to Friday, full school day (typically 8:30 am - 4:00 pm)
Location: Lambeth
Start date: Immediate
Required: UK-based child-related or support working experience within the last 3 years.
Candidates with an Enhanced DBS on the update service will be prioritised.
