We are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to work full time at a special needs school based in Chiswick. This special needs school go above and beyond for young individuals with moderate learning difficulties. Providing a holistic curriculum which promotes academic, social, emotional and physical well-being, leading to increased engagement, critical thinking and confidence.

Learning Support Assistant Responsibilities:
- Maintain safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
- Adapt learning support to meet the personalised needs of each learner
- Understand how ASD can create barriers to learning and how to overcome them
- Use positive behaviour techniques
- Assist Teacher with classroom management and day to day activities
This school is located only a 15 minute walk from the nearest station, making for an easy commute to and from work.
