A welcoming and well-regarded mainstream primary school in Crofton Park (SE4) is seeking a full-time Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their team from April. This is a long-term position with a clear opportunity to go permanent from the new academic year for the right candidate.
The school is supportive, well-organised and places strong emphasis on high-quality teaching, pupil wellbeing and staff development. This role would suit an ECT or experienced teacher who is confident delivering the KS2 curriculum and keen to settle into a school long term.
The role:
Full-time KS2 class teacher
Planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Working collaboratively with colleagues and leadership
The school is looking for someone who:
Holds QTS
Has recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2
Demonstrates strong behaviour management and classroom practice
Is committed, reliable and keen to progress into a permanent role
