Responsibilities:

- Collaboration with the class teacher and SENCo to develop and implement individualised support strategies.

- The provision of regular feedback on the pupil's progress, as well as reporting any challenges or developments.
- The encouragement of social interactions and positive peer relationships.
- Active participation in creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
- Ensuring the maintenance of a safe and supportive learning space for the pupil.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Candidates with prior experience as SEN Teaching Assistants or experience working with children with ASD will be preferred.
