Reeson Education is seeking a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join supportive primary schools across East London, particularly in the borough of Waltham Forest. Schools in Walthamstow, Leyton, Leytonstone, Chingford, and Highams Park are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant who can provide tailored support to pupils with additional needs.

Role Highlights for a SEN Teaching Assistant:
Salary: £82.14-£100 per day

Location: Primary schools across East London, particularly Waltham Forest
Your Role as a SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support as a SEN Teaching Assistant for pupils with additional needs.
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs as a SEN Teaching Assistant to implement tailored learning strategies.
- Support pupils with needs such as Autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
- Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and positive learning behaviours as a SEN Teaching Assistant.
- Assist with classroom activities and interventions as a SEN Teaching Assistant.
We're Looking For in a SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Experience working with children with SEND in a school or support setting.
- A patient and caring SEN Teaching Assistant who is passionate about inclusive education.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive SEN Teaching Assistant who can adapt support strategies to meet pupil needs.
