Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils with Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties, SEMH, and other additional needs.
- Deliver targeted interventions and provide consistent 1:1 support.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs to monitor progress.
- Encourage independence and confidence in pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.

We're Looking For in an SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or supporting children with additional needs.
