Reeson Education is seeking a confident and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant for a friendly primary school in Enfield. This role is ideal for an SEN Teaching Assistant with experience supporting pupils with additional needs such as autism, speech and language challenges, or behavioural difficulties.

Location: Enfield (Edmonton, Palmers Green, Winchmore Hill)
Start: Immediate
Pay: £82.14-£100 per day (PAYE)
Hours: Full-time, term time only
Key Duties of an SEN Teaching Assistant:
Support pupils in KS1 or KS2 with SEN on a 1:1 or small-group basis
Implement strategies to support communication, focus, and behaviour
Work with teachers and SENCOs to adapt work and track pupil progress
Build trusting relationships with pupils to help develop confidence and independence
Promote inclusion and encourage positive learning experiences
Requirements for an SEN Teaching Assistant:
Experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant or similar SEN support role
Understanding of ASD, ADHD, or SEMH needs
Calm, patient, and consistent support style
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
