The Role:
Supporting pupils within the school's SEN specialist provision
Working 1:1 and in small groups with children with additional needs
Supporting pupils with learning, communication and emotional development
Assisting the teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
Helping to create a positive, calm and structured learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with children with SEN, such as ASD, speech and language needs, or SEMH
Patient, resilient and nurturing approach
Confident supporting pupils who require additional behavioural or emotional support
Experience within a primary school or specialist setting is desirable
Passionate about helping children reach their full potential
