The Role:
Full-time Teaching Assistant position based in Hillingdon
Supporting students with autism, ADHD, and SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health)
Providing structure, consistency, and positive male role modelling
Working 1:1 and in small groups to help pupils regulate and re-engage
