Teaching Assistant Role:
- Full-time position within a thriving primary school in Lambeth.
- ensuring a smooth start to the academic year.
- Collaborate with experienced educators, assisting in the development and progress of Year 6 students.
- Engage in a wide range of classroom activities, including assisting with lesson preparation, implementing individualized support plans, and promoting a positive learning environment.
- Provide targeted support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) when necessary, inclusive and nurturing classroom experience.
Qualifications for a Teaching Assistant:
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or a related role is highly desirable, especially within a primary school setting.
- Demonstrated passion for education and the desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
- Knowledge or experience in supporting students with SEN would be advantageous, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with teachers, students, and parents.
