Role Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities and lessons.
- Cultivating a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere to support children's social and emotional growth.
- Providing guidance to children in developing foundational literacy and numeracy skills through play and structured activities.
- Contributing to the maintenance of a stimulating and orderly learning environment.
- Working in tandem with the class teacher and fellow teaching assistants to ensure a seamless educational journey.
- Offering one-on-one and small group support to children requiring additional assistance.
- Observing and documenting children's progress and behaviour, sharing insights with the class teacher.
- Encouraging positive behavior and reinforcing classroom routines.
- Promoting a love for learning through interactive and creative activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience working with young children in an educational context is advantageous.
- Possessing a warm and nurturing personality, coupled with a genuine passion for early childhood education.
- Effective communication skills, both with children and colleagues.
- Demonstrating patience and adaptability to cater to the diverse needs of young learners.
