A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hounslow is seeking a caring and proactive Teaching Assistant to support pupils across the school, including children who may need additional support in a mainstream classroom. The Role
Supporting pupils across the school, including those who need extra help with learning or behaviour
Providing one-to-one and small group support in class
Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
Helping pupils stay focused, confident and engaged
Working closely with teachers and the SEN team
The Ideal Candidate
Experience working with children (school or SEN experience desirable)
Calm, patient and supportive approach
Confident supporting pupils with additional needs
