About the Role
A friendly Lambeth primary school is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support learning across a Year 1 class. This role involves working with small intervention groups and supporting pupils with emerging SEN needs.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will assist with phonics, early writing, and classroom routines while helping children build confidence and independence. The class teacher is experienced and values collaborative working.
The Ideal Candidate
The school would welcome a Teaching Assistant who:
Has experience in KS1 or early primary settings
Is proactive, enthusiastic, and well-organised
Can support phonics and early numeracy
Enjoys working with young learners in a structured environment
