Pay: £90-£110 per day

About the Role
A welcoming and diverse primary school in Tower Hamlets is looking to appoint a confident Teaching Assistant to join their lower KS2 team from January. This role will involve a mixture of in-class support, guiding small groups, and offering targeted help to pupils who need additional reinforcement in reading, maths and general organisation.
The class is friendly, enthusiastic and responds well to routine. You will be working closely with the class teacher and SENCo to help maintain consistent expectations and ensure every child is supported to make steady progress.
The Ideal Candidate
The school would like a Teaching Assistant who:
Has experience supporting KS2 pupils or leading group interventions
Communicates clearly and works well as part of a team
Can adapt activities and scaffold learning where needed
Brings enthusiasm, patience and a proactive approach to the classroom
Is confident supporting a range of learning needs
