About the Role
A Lambeth mainstream primary school with high inclusion needs is seeking a skilled SEMH Support Teaching Assistant to work one-to-one with a Year 2 pupil displaying significant emotional and behavioural needs linked to early trauma.
The pupil struggles with transitions, emotional regulation, and remaining in class for extended periods. The role involves consistent one-to-one support, structured routines, and close collaboration with the SENCo and pastoral team.
This is a hard-to-fill position requiring someone confident, emotionally intelligent, and experienced in SEMH support within a mainstream setting.
The Ideal Candidate
