✨ Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support to pupils in the classroom and small groups

  • Work with teachers to plan and deliver learning activities

  • Support children with special educational needs (SEN), including one-to-one interventions

  • Assist with assessments, progress tracking, and reporting

  • Help create engaging and interactive learning resources

  • Promote positive behaviour and support pupils' social and emotional development

  • Supervise children during playtimes, lunchtimes, and school trips when required

  • Maintain safeguarding and child protection standards at all times

✨ Person Specification

  • Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally in primary education

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or primary curriculum

  • Ability to work with children with varying needs, including SEN support

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills

  • Patient, caring, and proactive attitude
